1. General No Refund Policy

Because Passport Photo Maker is a digital software product (Chrome Desktop Extension) delivered with instant access upon purchase, we generally enforce a strict No Refund Policy.

✓ When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

A 100% refund will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Delivery Failure: If due to a technical error, your product access/download is not delivered within 48 hours of payment completion.
  • Unresolved Technical Issues: If you face a severe technical issue preventing the extension from working on supported platforms (Windows & macOS Chrome) and our technical support team is unable to resolve it for you within 48 hours.

❌ Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are strictly NOT possible under the following circumstance:

  • Product Already Downloaded: Once the extension file (`.zip` package) has been downloaded or delivered to your device, a refund cannot be granted under any circumstances.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligible refund criteria above (non-delivery within 48 hours or unresolvable technical fault before download):

  1. Send an email to help@modigitalskill.com from your registered purchase email address.
  2. Include your Payment Order ID / Transaction Reference and a brief description of the technical issue.
  3. Our support team will verify your request and process approved refunds back to your original payment method (UPI / NetBanking / Card) within 5–7 working days.
